The company has since expanded to the Philippines, Vietnam, Thailand, Singapore, and Bangladesh, and its technology has enabled new fintech products and partnerships that serve millions of users around the region. Todd holds degrees in Economics and International Studies from the University of California, Irvine, and a Master's in Public Policy from Harvard University's Kennedy School of Government.
