Following a competitive selection process, we’re excited to introduce Batch 2 of the Innovate Cambodia Accelerator Program in partnership with the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications and the AUPP Technology Center.

Localize Tech Solutions Co., Ltd
Localize was born in Cambodia—created from a clear understanding of the daily challenges faced by Cambodian SMEs. Our founders spent years working closely with business owners, accountants, and consultants, and they saw the same problem everywhere. Tools in the market were too complex, too generic, or not aligned with local accounting practices. With this in mind, our founders made a commitment: Build an accounting platform made for Cambodia first—simple, localized, and truly supportive of SME growth.
PharmKulen Technologies Co., Ltd.
PharmKulen is an AI-powered medicine search engine and pharmacy platform for Southeast Asia. Patients search for any medicine by name or photo and instantly find which nearby pharmacy has it in stock. For pharmacies, we provide digital tools to manage inventory, track sales, and get AI-powered insights. Live in Cambodia with 14 pharmacies in 3 months, zero churn, targeting the $58B ASEAN pharmacy market.
Prakot Solutions
Prakot Solutions is a locally built ERP software platform designed specifically for Cambodian mSMEs and small enterprises. Founded in 2020 and based in Phnom Penh, Prakot offers 14 fully integrated modules covering Finance, Sales, Stock, HR, Tax Compliance, and more — all in one platform. Unlike foreign ERP solutions, Prakot is built around Cambodia's GDT tax system, Khmer language, and local business culture. With a Microsoft-certified development team and a go-live time of just 2–4 weeks, Prakot delivers enterprise-grade software at a price growing businesses can actually afford.
SalesCore Global Solutions Pte Ltd
SalesCore Global Solutions is a SaaS platform for FMCG and CPG companies that helps manage and optimize field sales, distributor operations, and route-to-market execution. The platform combines sales force automation, outlet execution, route planning, and AI-powered image recognition to improve visibility, compliance, and productivity at the point of sale. SalesCore is designed to integrate with existing enterprise systems and can be deployed modularly, allowing companies to adopt specific capabilities without replacing their core platforms. The solution is currently used in Southeast Asia and is expanding into new markets.

Scholarar is an AI-powered edtech platform that matches students with scholarships and global study opportunities. It simplifies the fragmented process of finding, applying, and preparing for study abroad through personalized recommendations and guidance. The platform also enables universities and institutions to connect with qualified students more efficiently. Scholarar aims to make global education more accessible, practical, and data-driven for students worldwide.

STAY25 is Cambodia's first OTA platform, making hotel booking simple, fast, and flexible for local travelers.
TheBoxes
TheBoxes is a web-based packaging platform that connects businesses directly with verified local and cross-border suppliers. We enable SMEs to easily access, compare, and order customized packaging with transparent pricing and faster turnaround. By empowering local manufacturers while expanding supplier choices for clients, TheBoxes builds a more efficient and inclusive packaging ecosystem. Our platform supports business growth, fair trade, and regional scalability across Southeast Asia.
TobSar
TobSar is an AI-powered social commerce assistant designed for Cambodian merchants who sell on Telegram and Facebook. Our platform uses a specialized language model to understand mixed Khmer, English, and slang, enabling instant 24/7 replies and automated order processing. By syncing real-time inventory and generating digital payments, TobSar prevents sales lost to delayed responses and helps shop owners scale without hiring more staff.
Over the coming months, these startups will participate in tailored workshops, mentorship sessions, and networking opportunities with investors and corporates to help them refine their strategies and expand into regional markets. We look forward to supporting them as they continue building solutions that contribute to Cambodia’s evolving innovation landscape.
