Introducing the First Batch of the Innovate Cambodia Accelerator Program

Plug and Play Cambodia, in partnership with the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications and the AUPP Technology Center, is proud to announce the inaugural cohort of the Innovate Cambodia Accelerator Program.

Focused on strengthening Cambodia’s digital innovation landscape across Financial Services, Food & Agriculture, Education, and Travel & Hospitality, this program supports emerging startups through mentorship, workshops, and access to Plug and Play’s global network of corporates, investors, and ecosystem partners.

Meet the Startups in Batch 1:

1. Bamnang Academy

Bamnang is an all-in-one student superapp that powers academic growth through safe and affordable housing, mentorship, and personal student management system (PSMS), driving recurring revenue through a scalable platform for the next generation of learners and leaders. 

2. BookMeBus

BookMeBus is a leading travel and lifestyle technology company that streamlines bookings and empowers operators and organizers with scalable digital solutions across Cambodia, Thailand, and Vietnam.

3. CheckinMe

CheckinMe is a cloud-based attendance and payroll platform that automates employee management for SMEs. Its key features include one-click check-in/out via QR code and GPS, plus online leave, overtime, claims, and field-staff activity workflows.

4. FinLuy

FinLuy simplifies financial decisions with AI-powered, transparent comparisons—helping users find the right products while cutting acquisition costs for institutions.

5. Jalat Logistics

We power the affordable same-day delivery for SMEs and retailers through mobile distribution hubs. We help get products delivered from stores in 2-6 hours at a fixed/affordable delivery cost and eliminate the friction of operating by branches, overall lowering the fixed overheads and cost of scale while cutting parcel journey, aggregating and directing orders to recipients cheaper and faster. 

6. Jobify

Jobify is a tech recruitment and staffing platform connecting top IT talent with companies across Cambodia.

7. konektAgri

konektAgri is a Cambodia-based agrifintech startup providing data-driven risk intelligence for agricultural finance. Its flagship product, agriKredit, combines satellite imagery, eKYC, and alternative data to generate multi-dimensional farmer credit scores. The platform enables banks, MFIs, and insurers to assess risk objectively, expand lending to underserved farmers, and improve portfolio performance. By turning agricultural data into financial trust, konektAgri helps build a more inclusive and resilient rural economy.

8. PillTech

PillTech is a POS SaaS and marketplace solution for pharmacies. They help pharmacy SMEs streamline operations, access quality medicines and FMCG products, and grow through data-driven tools. Through PillTech Academy, they offer CPD-certified training, while their Alliance Pharmacy program improves inventory, loyalty, and product variety.

9. Property Hub by Pointer

AgentHub by Pointer Property is transforming Cambodia’s real estate industry with AI-driven tools that digitize workflows, connect agents, and unlock greater market opportunities.

10. Sala

Sala is a student success platform bridging education to employment in Southeast Asia. We empower students with tools to explore majors, build skills, and connect to jobs, while providing schools and universities with a full digital operating system for academic management and career services.
