Plug and Play is excited to announce the startups selected for the second batch of its Malaysia Accelerator program based out of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Through the program, the startups will be able to access Plug and Play's extensive ecosystem of partners, investors, government agencies and mentors in Malaysia to expand their market reach and develop potential partnership opportunities. The Malaysia Accelerator program, part of an initiative under Khazanah Nasional's Dana Impak mandate, aims to support the Malaysian startup ecosystem through collaborations with domestic and international partners.
The program looks to focus on key themes such as Digital Society & Technology Hub, Sustainability & Climate Resilience, and Food Security & Agriculture. These areas are curated to align with Malaysia's objectives, build economic capabilities, and future-proof several industries present in the country.
Malaysia Accelerator Batch 2 Startups:
1. AmpereHour Energy:
We build plug and play energy storage hardware and energy management software for creating flexible power grids.
2. BroilerX:
BroilerX is an end-to-end tech poultry startup that aims to improve farmers' lives through fair trade in contract farming schemes and cost-effective IoT and apps solutions, and green energy innovation.
3. Imagine AI:
Imagine AI is a solutions provider for automation, artificial intelligence vision and robotics. Our vision is to become a technology company that builds digital infrastructure for modern manufacturing, shaping the future of production. Imagine AI offers cost-effective automation, AI vision, and robotics solutions to assist companies, businesses, and production processes in transformation. 4. MADCash:
MADCash is a combination of edutech and shariyah compliant fintech based in Malaysia and we work with women entrepreneurs (most are nano/micro businesses) in the lower income brackets to develop financial literacy and grow their businesses to improve their financial stability.
We do this through a combination of education and optional zero% interest microfinance seed loans. Our commitment is to empower women in marginalised communities that don't have access to safe funding to break the poverty cycle.
5. Maini Renewables:
At Maini Renewables we make small hydro and small wind turbines for canal and rooftop applications. We speacialize in the development of efficient blades that improve the total power output of the turbine. We are currently piloting both of these solutions and as they get installed, we will be ready to launch as a commercial product.
6. Open Energy:
Open Energy is a pioneering B2B startup revolutionizing sustainable transportation and logistics. Our flagship product, HyperSwap, is an advanced EV battery swap technology that enables fast, cost-effective, and efficient energy solutions for MaaS and Logistics providers. We're driving the future of electric mobility with our innovative, affordable, and scalable technology.
7. Spore Gardens:
Spore Gardens mission is to set a new gold standard for urban farming, where anyone regardless of their farming background is able to operate a mushroom farm in any existing facility and contribute to global food security.
8. Tensor Energy:
We envision the world powered by sustainable energy for everyone and for generations to come. We globally enable renewable energy companies to jointly develop and manage a large portfolio of distributed power plants throughout the lifecycle by leveraging human-centric design, data, cutting-edge technology, and partnerships. Our product, Tensor Cloud revolutionizes the management of solar PV power plants and storage batteries, optimizing both their operational efficiency and financial performance.
9. The Moonbeam Co.
At Moonbeam, we nourish people and the planet by upcycling food by-products into nutritious, delicious products, while fostering social inclusion and environmental regeneration. Our signature offerings include spent grain granola, cookies, and sourdough bread, developed in collaboration with Cedele. Aside from our commitment to environment stewardship and wellness, we are dedicated to empowering at-risk youth through vocational training and employment opportunities. Through innovation, collaboration, and community engagement, we aim to create a sustainable future for all starting from food.

TrackerHero was founded with a vision to provide integrated operations capability for smart cities. Our mission is to leverage digital transformation to establish ourselves as a leading technology firm, unlocking value across operations for our clients.
