Congratulations to the 9 startups selected to participate in the 8th cohort of Plug and Play's Global Innovation Alliance (GIA) Jakarta Accelerator Program! We're thrilled to be working with this cohort, pioneering innovative business solutions across various sectors such as AI, SaaS, Real Estate, Telemarketing, Education, Manufacturing, Sustainability, and more.
Throughout the program, these cohort startups will have the opportunity to access extensive training, educational workshops, mentorship, fundraising support, and global pitching opportunities, connecting them to Plug and Play's extensive network of corporations, venture capitalists, government entities, fellow founders, and innovators.
In partnership with Enterprise Singapore and Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA), our Global Innovation Alliance programme seeks to accelerate Singapore startups and SMEs to the Indonesian market by connecting them to Plug and Play’s vast network of corporate partners and tech communities in Southeast Asia.
Introducing our 9 startups:
1. AIVO Asia
Focus Area(s): AI, SaaS, Telemarketing
AIVO specializes in AI conversational voice bots which helps businesses and entrepreneurs automate mundane customer service, lead generation and reminder calls. It performs up to 4.2X more efficiency than the best human voice agent.
2. Ascentis
Focus Area(s): SaaS (CRM Loyalty & Ecommerce)
Ascentis is headquartered in Singapore, with six offices in Southeast Asia. Ascentis specializes in CRM and eCommerce and has successfully implemented its SaaS solutions across 13 countries in the region. Its solutions focus on helping businesses create a seamless Online-to-Offline ("O2O") customer experience and journey that is both engaging and rewarding.
3. First Call QA

FirstCall QA builds TestFirst - an easy to use, all-in-one software testing platform to make software testing easy and efficient, all the way from test execution, test management to test automation. TestFirst platform consists of "TestFirst Automate" and "TestFirst Manage". "TestFirst Automate" is the world's 1st multi-lingual, AI-powered, universal test automation system that allows users to automate tests easily, in any language, using AI. "TestFirst Manage" is the cloud-based test management system that allows companies to effortlessly manage test projects, track testing progress, generate analytics and reports.
4. MQJC Technology (Sango)

MQJC Technology is an internet and technology company dedicated to developing products and services to enrich people's lives worldwide. Our mission is to establish the largest online homeland for Muslims and overseas Chinese in the world. Their product, Sango, is a social network platform, focusing on connecting Muslim communities around the world in a culturally relevant and fun way.
5. Peacom (PCG)
Focus Area(s): SaaS
Peacom is an AI-powered platform that empowers marketing, sales and customer support teams to automate engagement with customers across multiple mobile channels. With the purpose of driving sales and customer satisfaction.
6. REase
Focus Area(s): Real estate, SaaS
REase is a smart sales assistant for property sales teams. Our platform helps primary property developer sales teams boost conversion, streamline transaction and increase buyer-to-buyer referrals while minimizing administrative work and improving customer satisfaction!
7. Smile
Focus Area(s): API
Smile API is the one trusted source for employment data in Asia. Smile API provides user-authorized access to recent, comprehensive, verified employment data that is accessible in real-time from employment documents, HR and payroll systems, gig economy platforms, and social security systems through a SINGLE API. The Smile API helps fintech lenders to make better credit decisions.
8. Xaltius
Focus Area(s): AI, SaaS, Education
Xaltius is an edutech firm focused on delivery quality training and education to institutes and corporate clients around the globe. In addition, Xaltius also provides SaaS products in the education sector such as a one of a kindAI Driven LMS (ADROIT) and a Digital Credentials Platform (LINKS).
9. Zolnoi

Zolnoi is a AI SaaS company helping manufacturers enhance plant productivity and energy efficiency. We are making technology accessible for mid-market manufacturers with a solution that is scalable, simple and cost effective.
